In my opinion, the Google Book Search, and the Amazon kindle, are two completely different ideas. As the Google Book Search will allow low income families and small private schools to easily read or distribute books, the Amazon kindle will be likely unaffected by Google's plans because it is much more accessible than Google Book Search. Also, the high price of the product will likely be lowered at the introduction of Google Book Search. Amazon as a whole is going to continue to grow, with many plans on the line such as Amazon Fresh, the Amazon kindle, and contracts with colleges all over the country Amazon is in a strategic position.

( I could be very wrong, i am an 18 year old investor, and recently did extensive research on AMZN, and have found that in my opinion, that there stock will continue a substantial upward climb until early spring.)
